This survey asks over 200 questions and is intentionally comprehensive to gather the information necessary to identify challenges you may have faced in the family court system. The survey is divided into 10 sections. Your responses will help identify changes that will improve the family courts. If the question doesn't apply to you, leave it blank and move on to the next question.
