Consultations are an important part of a leadership search in a broadly-accountable organization. The consultations are intended to:
Engage the campus communities in the search to begin to build support for the Vice-Provost & Dean of Graduate Studies and create the conditions for their success;
Give the Search Committee the opportunity to understand the perspectives of the campus community to inform their decision making; and
Communicate the search process to the campus communities.
The Provost will receive verbatim responses to this survey; however, the Search Committee will receive of summary of the themes.
