This survey is for folks who want to help us document the need for and plan attractive theater-related workshops. We want you to tell us where your interests lie and what might stand in the way of your attending a workshop. (If you are a parent, you may fill out this survey with your child’s interests in mind.)
There are only 16 questions. We will be asking for your name at the end. Your answers to this survey will not obligate you in any way whatsoever, and any identifying information you give us will not be shared given or sold to anyone else.
